On Friday, April 5th, middle school students at Barbour Two-Way Language Immersion participated in a Restorative Retreat. The mission of the day was to bring students and staff together to promote healthy respectful relationships, and how to become better citizens in the school environment. With the aid of district employees, students and staff created lasting legacies, participated in restorative sessions, team building activities, and just got down with some fun games and relays. The day was a true success, and students are asking "can we do this EVERY Friday?!"
